At Benaras Astro, our services involve personalized analysis by experienced astrologers. Due to the nature of our work, we follow a strict No Refund policy under the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Services

All astrology consultations, horoscope readings, poojas, and report-based services are non-refundable once the service is initiated or delivered.

2. Exceptional Cases

Refunds will be considered only if:

• You are charged twice for the same transaction
• You have made payment but not received the service within the committed time

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us within 48 hours of transaction.

3. How to Request a Refund

• Reason for refund

Approved refunds will be Credited within 7-10 working days.
